Our bulk telephone wire comes in an assortment of options to suit your specific needs. We carry in four-, six- and eight-conductor bulk telephone cable options.
Choosing which type of conductor you need comes down to the application at hand. Original phone lines from the 1950s used two-wire telephone cable, but now most phones have between four- and eight-wire designs, which allow you to connect to the local area network (LAN), use dial-up internet and have multiple phone lines. Eight-wire telephone cable is generally used for LAN, and six-wire cable is most commonly used for landline telephones.
